Zoë is Turks' CEO and leads the firm's strategic direction, operations and performance, based in the Sydney office.
Zoë joined Turks in 2024, bringing more than 15 years' experience in senior executive roles within professional services firms. Prior to joining Turks, she was General Manager of a mid-tier law firm. A Chartered Accountant, Zoë has a strong financial background and a proven track record of leadership in the legal industry.
Her leadership philosophy is centred on collaboration, transparency and innovation, underpinned by a commitment to inclusivity, teamwork and excellence. Zoë is passionate about building a high-performing culture that delivers outstanding outcomes and experiences for both clients and staff.
Zoë completed her Master of Business Administration at MGSM, further developing her expertise in strategic leadership, change management and business transformation. During her MBA, she completed a live consulting project involving strategic recommendations to the executive team of a multinational airline and its associated rewards program.
As CEO, Zoë is focused on developing the firm's people, driving innovation and operational excellence, and supporting the continued growth and success of Turks through exceptional client service, strong financial management and a commitment to continuous improvement.
