Tarah is a Special Counsel in Turks’ General Insurance team, based in the Melbourne office.

Tarah has more than 5 years’ experience in property damage recoveries, subrogated motor claims, fraud matters and indemnity disputes. She has particular expertise in Victorian civil procedure and evidence and applies this knowledge to the strategic and efficient management of contested insurance claims.

She acts for major general insurers and works closely with technical claims and recovery teams to achieve commercially focused outcomes. Tarah has managed matters across multiple jurisdictions and develops strategies that reflect both the legal issues and the commercial value of each claim.
