He has extensive knowledge of Victorian workers compensation legislation and case law and is experienced in managing complex claims and disputes.

Stratos acts for WorkSafe agents, self-insurers and employers across a broad range of workers compensation matters. He has particular expertise in advising clients on compensation and liability issues, while also supporting large national employers on claims strategy, dispute management and workplace injury matters. His experience across both private practice and in-house environments enables him to provide practical advice that reflects the legal, operational and commercial considerations facing employers and insurers.

Prior to joining Turks, Stratos managed the legal and disputes portfolio for the Group Insurance arm of Wesfarmers, initially across the Southern States and later at a national level. This experience provides him with valuable insight into claims management, dispute resolution and the broader challenges faced by insurers and self-insured organisations.
