Roger is a Partner in Turks’ General Insurance team, based in the Sydney office.
Roger has over 35 years of experience advising on commercial and insurance disputes, with a particular focus on public liability, product liability and contractor risk matters. His practice encompasses high-stakes disputes arising across transport and logistics, agriculture, building and construction, and commercial and residential property.
He acts for insurers and commercial organisations in New South Wales, the ACT and other Australian jurisdictions. Roger supports clients through factual investigation, liability and exposure assessment, strategic negotiation, alternative dispute resolution and, where necessary, contested litigation.
