Richard is a Senior Associate in Turks’ Employers Liability team, based in the Sydney office.
Richard practises in workers compensation and advises on a broad range of workplace injury matters, including liability, claims management and dispute resolution issues arising under the New South Wales workers compensation scheme.
He provides strategic and practical advice to support effective claims management and informed decision-making, assisting clients to navigate complex workers compensation matters and achieve commercially focused outcomes.
Richard has extensive experience advising NSW Government organisations within the Treasury Managed Fund (TMF) Scheme, as well as private sector employers and workers compensation insurers. His experience across a diverse client base provides him with a strong understanding of the legal and operational issues affecting claims management and dispute resolution.
