Rhiannon is a Senior Associate in Turks’ Employers Liability team, based in the Sydney office.
Rhiannon specialises in work injury damages and section 151Z recoveries, advising insurers on complex matters involving employer negligence, liability and workplace injuries, including both physical and psychological injury claims.
She has extensive experience managing multi-party disputes and pursuing recoveries on behalf of insurer clients. Rhiannon regularly advises on liability, litigation strategy and claims management, providing practical and commercially focused guidance to support effective claim outcomes.
Rhiannon represents insurers at mediations in the Personal Injury Commission and regularly appears in the District Court and Supreme Court of New South Wales. She is recognised for her strategic approach to dispute resolution and her ability to manage complex litigated matters.
Prior to joining Turks, Rhiannon practised in commercial disputes and insolvency, where she gained significant experience in recovery actions and litigation across a range of jurisdictions.
