Ratnadeep (Dip) is a Partner and leader of Turks’ Commercial Property practice, based in the Sydney office.
Dip has over 18 years' experience advising on commercial property transactions, leasing, developments and general commercial matters. He works with listed entities, large corporates, government organisations, property developers, REITs, retailers, insolvency practitioners, financial institutions and private businesses.
His expertise spans acquisitions and disposals, commercial, retail and industrial leasing, development projects, joint venture arrangements, due diligence, commercial agreements, mortgages and securities, and transaction structuring. He also advises on property matters arising from refinancing, restructures, insolvencies and other complex commercial transactions.
Having spent several years in-house as Legal Counsel at Stockland, one of Australia's largest property groups, Dip brings a strong commercial perspective to legal problem-solving. He understands the practical realities of property and development projects and is known for providing pragmatic, solutions-focused advice that helps clients achieve efficient and commercially successful outcomes.
