She has extensive experience advising on all aspects of workers compensation matters and has a deep understanding of New South Wales workers compensation legislation and case law. Pradesha regularly advises on complex liability issues and is known for achieving sensible and commercially viable settlement outcomes.
She acts for private, government and self-insured clients across a broad range of litigated and non-litigated workers compensation and work injury damages matters in New South Wales. She works closely with insurers, employers and brokers to provide practical and tailored advice that meets the needs of her clients. Pradesha also regularly represents insurers and employers in the Personal Injury Commission, District Court and Supreme Court.

Pradesha regularly delivers training to insurers and employers on developments in workers compensation legislation and case law. She has authored numerous TurkAlerts on developments affecting insurers and employers and is a regular contributor to Turks' Employers Liability Newsletter.
