Natasha is a Partner and leader of Turks’ Workplace Relations, Employment & Safety practice.
Natasha has extensive experience advising employers on workplace, employment and industrial relations law, with a strong focus on workforce management in heavily regulated sectors and disputes. She advises employers and workers across a broad range of sectors, including education, government, health and aged care, social and community services, and the community and not-for-profit sector.
Natasha is known for her understanding of the practical realities of the workplace, depth of technical knowledge, and commercial approach. Her expertise includes handling executive employment and associated governance matters, enterprise bargaining and enterprise agreement disputes, workplace investigations, advising on employee entitlements arising from restructures and transfers of business, award interpretation and post-employment restraints. She also regularly advises employers on sensitive and high-risk workforce matters, including staff misconduct and performance issues, mass underpayment claims, pay remediation, discrimination claims, safeguarding/child safety issues, and psychosocial risk management.
Natasha appears regularly before the Fair Work Commission and other courts and tribunals and regularly secures favourable outcomes in complex contested matters. Having commenced her legal career at a union, Natasha’s advice is strongly informed by her litigation experience and is focused on helping employers manage legal, regulatory and reputational risk while making decisions that withstand internal review and external scrutiny.
Natasha holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts from The University of Melbourne.

Natasha is regularly invited to speak at national and international legal conferences on employment and industrial relations issues. She has presented at conferences hosted by LAWASIA, the Malaysian Bar Council, the Indonesian Advocates Association, and Christian Ministry Advancement Australia. She also delivers professional development training for employers, senior leaders and legal teams on contemporary workplace and industrial relations issues.
