Lachlan specialises in litigation and dispute resolution, with particular expertise in insolvency, commercial, construction and insurance disputes. An Accredited Specialist in Dispute Resolution, he regularly acts for clients in complex and high-value matters, appearing across all levels of courts and tribunals.
Working with corporates, insurers, insolvency practitioners and other stakeholders, Lachlan provides strategic and commercially focused advice across a broad range of disputes, including insolvency litigation, professional indemnity, negligence and construction-related claims. He is highly regarded for delivering efficient outcomes and identifying practical solutions to complex legal issues.
Lachlan also has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution and regularly represents clients in mediations and settlement conferences, helping them resolve disputes efficiently and avoid unnecessary legal costs.
