Kathryn has more than 6 years’ experience acting in property recoveries, liability disputes, indemnity issues and fraud-related matters. Her expertise includes complex property damage recoveries, personal injury claims, liability and indemnity disputes, fraud investigations and contested proceedings across multiple Australian jurisdictions. She is also a skilled solicitor advocate with extensive experience appearing in courts and tribunals.
She acts for insurers, self-insured organisations and commercial clients across Queensland, New South Wales and other Australian jurisdictions. Working closely with claims professionals and insurer stakeholders, Kathryn advises on large-scale recovery matters, liability exposures and indemnity issues, including identifying cost-effective avenues for recovery and resolution.
