Jade is a Senior Associate in Turks' Employers Liability team, based in the Sydney office.
Jade specialises in workers compensation and work injury damages claims. She advises on all aspects of workplace injury matters, including liability, claims management and litigation strategy. Jade has significant experience managing complex claims and delivering practical, outcome-focused advice to insurer clients.
Jade acts for insurers across a broad range of workers compensation and work injury damages matters in New South Wales. She regularly advises clients on disputed claims and represents them throughout the litigation process.
Prior to joining Turks, Jade acted exclusively for injured workers for more than five years. During this time, she appeared in the Personal Injury Commission, Administrative Appeals Tribunal, District Court of New South Wales and Supreme Court of New South Wales. This experience provides her with a unique perspective on workplace injury claims and dispute resolution.
