Jacqueline is a Partner in Turks’ General Insurance team, based in the Sydney office.

Jacqueline has more than 12 years’ experience acting exclusively for insurers and self-insured organisations across liability, property damage and recovery matters. Her expertise includes public liability, occupiers’ liability, complex motor claims, accident and health, property damage, business interruption, fraud and investigations, indemnity disputes, policy interpretation, non-disclosure and misrepresentation, and matters arising under the Insurance Contracts Act 1984. She is highly experienced in providing strategic advice throughout the claims lifecycle, from early assessment and pre-litigation resolution through to contested proceedings.

She acts exclusively for insurers and self-insured corporations, including Australia’s largest general insurers, across both defended and recovery matters. Jacqueline regularly appears in the Local, District and Supreme Courts of New South Wales and works closely with claims leaders and technical specialists to develop practical claims, litigation and recovery strategies aligned with client objectives.

Known for her pragmatic and solutions-focused approach, she is valued for delivering clear, commercially grounded advice across technically complex matters.

Jacqueline regularly contributes to client training sessions and thought leadership initiatives, including legal updates, seminars and presentations across her areas of expertise.

Jacqueline is a member of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF).
