Dominic is a Partner in Turks’ Employers Liability team, based in the Sydney office.
Dominic has more than 20 years’ experience practising in workers compensation, with a specialist focus on complex common law claims, dual insurance issues and section 151Z recoveries. He is recognised for his technical expertise in apportionment between industrial tortfeasors and the strategic management of multi-party recovery claims.
His broader practice experience spans statutory workers compensation, work injury damages, public liability, compulsory third party and medical negligence. He is particularly experienced in developing practical and commercially focused strategies for the early resolution of complex disputes involving overlapping liability regimes.
Dominic acts for employers, insurers and self-insured organisations across New South Wales, advising on high-value and procedurally complex matters.
