Clare is a Senior Associate in Turks' Commercial team, based in the Sydney office.
Clare specialises in commercial disputes, insolvency, debt recovery and security enforcement. She advises clients across a broad range of recovery and litigation matters, including winding up and bankruptcy proceedings, commercial disputes and trade credit recoveries.
She acts for a diverse client base, including insurers, SMEs, large corporates, and foreign entities. Clare has particular expertise in trade credit recoveries, guiding clients through the recovery process, from pre-litigation advice to judgment enforcement and recoveries under the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth).
Clare also has significant experience in large-scale commercial litigation and regularly represents clients in State and Federal Courts across Australia. She is known for providing practical, commercially focused advice and developing effective recovery and dispute resolution strategies.
