Anusha specialises in workers compensation recoveries and work injury damages claims. She has experience advising on complex multi-party matters, particularly those involving the intersection of common law claims and third-party recoveries. Anusha also has experience in the litigation of work injury damages and motor accident claims and regularly assists in the preparation of matters for mediation and hearing.
Anusha acts for insurers and employers across a range of workplace injury matters in New South Wales. She regularly assists clients in managing complex claims involving multiple stakeholders and provides advice on liability and recovery issues arising from workplace injuries.
Anusha works closely with senior practitioners in her team to manage complex claims and has experience appearing at directions hearings, mediations and court hearings.
