Anthea is a Partner in Turks’ General Insurance team, based in the Melbourne office.

Anthea brings more than 15 years of specialist experience across motor, property and liability insurance, advising on liability and indemnity issues, theft, arson, fraud and investigation claims, motor disputes, subrogated property damage recoveries, business interruption, property-related and public liability claims, product liability matters, and issues arising under the Insurance Contracts Act 1984.

She advises major insurers and self-insured corporations across federal and state jurisdictions, including Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, Tasmania and Western Australia, partnering closely with claims teams and senior decision-makers to manage complex litigation, coverage disputes, recoveries and multi-jurisdictional matters.

Having worked alongside leading insurers for over a decade, Anthea brings a deep understanding of the commercial priorities, stakeholder needs and operational drivers that shape claims decisions. She is recognised for pairing technical rigour with practical, solutions-focused advice, helping clients manage risk, control costs and achieve strong outcomes at every stage of a matter.
