Angellina is a Special Counsel in Turks’ Employers Liability team, based in the Sydney office.
Angellina has over 20 years’ experience practising in workers compensation and advises on all aspects of statutory workplace injury claims.
Her practice includes providing pre-litigation advice, preparing dispute notices and managing litigated matters. Angellina works closely with clients to navigate complex workers compensation issues, providing practical and strategic advice that supports effective claims management and dispute resolution.
Angellina acts for insurers and employers and has particular experience advising on workers compensation matters involving the NSW Police Force. Her extensive experience within the New South Wales workers compensation scheme enables her to provide commercially focused advice tailored to her clients’ operational and claims management objectives.
