Amy has more than 20 years' experience advising banks, insolvency practitioners, government bodies and corporate clients on debt recovery, banking litigation, insolvency and commercial disputes. She specialises in recovery and enforcement matters, including winding up and bankruptcy proceedings, security enforcement and defended recovery litigation.
Her expertise spans debt recovery, banking litigation, insolvency proceedings and commercial disputes. Amy regularly acts for banks and insolvency practitioners in State Courts and the Federal Court and has extensive experience managing complex recovery and enforcement matters from initial strategy through to resolution.
Amy works closely with clients on major recovery portfolios and insolvency projects, developing practical strategies that maximise recoveries and manage risk. She is known for her commercial approach, technical expertise and ability to deliver efficient outcomes in complex recovery and insolvency matters.
