Adrianna is a Senior Associate in Turks’ General Insurance team, based in the Sydney office.
Adrianna has more than 18 years’ experience acting in motor recoveries and defended motor matters. Her expertise includes credit hire and credit repair disputes, indemnity issues, fraud investigations and the development of practical and proportionate strategies for complex recovery and defence matters. She also has significant experience formulating and implementing portfolio-wide approaches to recurring claims issues.
She acts for leading general insurers across New South Wales and Western Australia, working closely with claims, litigation and recovery teams to assess exposure, develop strategy and achieve commercially effective outcomes. Adrianna regularly advises on both individual complex matters and broader claims initiatives.
With extensive litigation experience in the New South Wales Local and District Courts, Adrianna has a detailed understanding of the procedural and evidentiary issues arising in contested motor and credit hire matters. Clients value her practical, commercially focused approach and her ability to progress disputes efficiently and effectively.
