Adele is a Partner and Practice Head of Turks' Employers Liability team, based in the Sydney office.

Adele has over 20 years' experience practising exclusively in workers compensation, work injury damages and section 151Z recoveries. She specialises in complex work injury damages claims, including matters involving multiple parties, apportionment between industrial tortfeasors and the interaction of overlapping legislative regimes. Adele is particularly experienced in managing high-value and reputationally sensitive claims and developing early, strategic pathways to resolution.

Adele acts for a broad client base including major self-insured employers, NSW State Government agencies and ASX-listed companies. She has conducted litigation across numerous Australian jurisdictions and brings a strong understanding of insurer governance, regulatory engagement and portfolio management. Her practice background enables her to support clients not only on individual claims, but also on reducing long-term exposure through trend analysis, global settlement strategies and targeted cost-containment initiatives.
